Non-Returnable Items

    •    POD Items: Since all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect—Personalized or customized designs cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is an error on our part.

  • Skincare Products: Due to the personal care nature of these items, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly resolve the issue. Please follow these steps:

    1.    Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

    2.    Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

    3.    Once approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.

Cancellations and Order Changes

    •    Orders can only be canceled or modified until 10AM CST.

    •    Once production begins, we cannot accommodate changes.

Refunds

    •    Refunds will only be issued for approved cases (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

    •    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 days after approval.
